  • 45 MLBio Premium Whisky
  • 20 ml  lime juice
  • 20 ml  egg whites
  • 15 ml  vanilla syrup*
  • 3 dashes Angoustra bitters

Mix all the ingredients in a mixing glass. Dry shake first, then hard shake with ice. Fine strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with a dash of bitters.

  • 60 ml  Today’s Specials Whisky
  • 30 ml  fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • Dash of Blackberry Syrup

Combine Bio Today’s Special Whisky, lemon juice and simple syrup in a glass. Fill with crushed ice, stir and swizzle. Top with more crushed ice, then drizzle with Black Berry syrup.

  • 45 ml Bio Premium Whisky
  • 20 ml  ginger syrup
  • 20 ml  lemon juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Shake and double strain into a bucket, add ice, and garnish with a healthy swath of orange.

Today’s Golden Dram
  • 50 ml  Today’s Special Whisky
  • 1 sugar cube soaked in Angostura bitters
  • Sparkling Wine.

In a champagne flute, soak sugar cube with 3 good dashes of bitters. Add Today’s Special Whisky and then top with Sparkling Wine.

Bio Appletini
  • 50 ml Bio Vodka
  • 50 ml Apple Juice
  • 1tsp lemon Juice

Mix all the above in cocktail shaker win an ice-filled shaker until the outside of the shaker feels very cold. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a slice of apple.

Bio Orangina
  • 50 ml Bio Vodka
  • Fresh Orange Juice
  • Angostura Bitter

Squeeze the juice from 1 large or 2 small oranges and 1 clementine and set aside. Put a handful of ice cubes into a tall glass and pour over 50ml vodka followed by the fruit juices. Stir gently to combine then add a few dashes of Angostura bitters and a wedge of orange to garnish.

Bio Cosmo
  • 50 ml Bio Vodka
  • 1 tsp Syrup Orange
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • Canberry Juice

Pour 50ml Bio vodka into a shaker with 1 tbsp orange lsyrup, 1 tbsp lime juice and top with cranberry juice. Fill up the shaker with ice then shake hard. Strain in to a martini glass and garnish with a slice of orange zest.

Bio Caipirovska
  • 50 ml Bio Vodka
  • 1 Fresh Lime
  • 2 tsp Granulated Sugar

Cut 1 lime into small chunks, then put it into the bottom of a sturdy tumbler and add 2 tsp golden granulated sugar. Crush really well with a muddler – or do this with a pestle and mortar. Top up the tumbler with crushed ice then add 50ml Bio vodka. Stir well to mix all of the ingredients together and serve. 

Bio breeze
  • 50 ml Bio Vodka
  • 1 tbsp castor sugar
  • 1 Lemon
  • 25 ml Triple Sec

Put  martini glass in the fridge to chill. Mix 1 tbsp white caster sugar with the finely grated zest of ½ lemon, set aside. Pour 50ml Bio vodka into a cocktail shaker and add 25ml triple sec, 25ml lemon juice and a handful of ice. Shake really well until the outside of the shaker feels cold. Dip the rim of the chilled glass in water, shake off the excess then dip into the sugar and zest mix. Strain the contents of the shaker into your prepared glass and enjoy.

BIO Lemon drop
  • 50 ml Bio  Vodka
  • 100 Ml Cranberry
  • 50 ml Grapefruit juice

Half-fill a tall glass with ice then pour in 50ml Bio vodka, 100ml cranberry juice and 50ml grapefruit juice. Stir gently until the outside of the glass feels cold then garnish with a thin slice of lime.

Bio Vodka Woo
  • 50 ml Bio  Vodka
  • 25 ml Peach Syrup
  • 100 ml Cranberry Juice
  • Dash of fresh Lime

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice then add 50ml  Bio vodka, 25ml peach syrup , 100ml cranberry juice and a few drops fresh lime juice. Shake really well then strain into a tumbler with extra ice, garnish with a wedge of lime. 

Bio Dark Daiquiri
  • 15 ml Lime Juice
  • 50 ml BIO Dark Rum
  • Teaspoon Sugar
  • 20ml Coffee Liqueur/Syrup

Add all the ingredients into a blender. Add crushed ice and Blend for 30 seconds. Pour into a cocktail glass and serve.

Bio Rum Punch
  • 30 ml Lime Juice
  • 50 ml Bio Dark Rum
  • 15 ml Sugar Syrup
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitter

In a cocktail shaker with ice, add Bio rum, sugar syrup, lime and bitters and shake vigorously until frosted. Strain into a chilled highball glass and top up with 60 ml of Soda /sparkling water.

Bio Rum Tai
  • 30ml Pineapple Juice
  • 60 ml Orange Juice
  • 15 ml Coconut Syrup
  • 1 tsp Grenadine
  • 15ml Bio Rum

Mix all ingredients in shaker with ice and strain into glass.

  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 60ml Bio brandy
  • Ice
  • Orange twist
  1. Pour the lemon juice, brandy, and cognac in an ice-filled shaker.
  2. Shake well to combine the ingredients.
  3. Strain mixture into a cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish the drink with an orange twist.
